GREEN TEA CAKE 

Ingredients

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 1/2 cup flour

6 teaspoon of green tea powder (Mattya type)

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 cup or warm milk

3 spoons of vegetable oil

 

Melt white chocolate or black along with the cream.
If you like you can put mattya and coconut powder
 

Beat egg whites, 

Add the egg yolks mixing together

Add the sugar always mixing.

Add the milk and the vegetable oil

Add the flour and the baking powder together slowly

Bake in the preheated oven 180C
